What is the HOKA Midnight Run Asia?

HOKA Midnight Run Asia is a high-energy, neon-lit nighttime race turning the streets of Manila, Davao, and Cebu into glowing urban playgrounds. It’s more than just a race—it’s a celebration of movement, music, and city spirit.

Participants can choose from the following categories:

  • 5KM

  • 10KM

  • 21KM (Half Marathon)

The first gunstart is at 12:00 AM (midnight). All runners must arrive early for proper assembly and check-in. Specific call times per category will be announced closer to race day.

  • Manila (September 7)

  • Davao (September 28)

  • Cebu (November 30)

  • 21KM – Must be 18 years old and above

  • 10KM – Must be 16 years old and above

  • 5KM – Must be 13 years old and above

Children 12 years old and below may join the 5KM if accompanied by a parent/guardian

Minors must have a signed parental/guardian consent form during registration

Registration is done online via Race Roster. A direct link will be posted on our official social media page. Additional processing, web, and delivery fees may apply. Slots are limited and first-come, first-served.

No. Race bibs are non-transferable. Selling, swapping, or running under someone else’s name is grounds for disqualification and suspension from future events.

  • 21KM – 4 hours

  • 10KM – 2 hours

  • 5KM – 1 hour

Participants who do not finish within the time limit will not receive official results.

Yes! The Top 3 male and female finishers in each category (5KM, 10KM, 21KM) will receive podium awards and exclusive prizes. Special recognition may also be given for standout runners (e.g., Best Neon Outfit).

  • Your official race bib with timing chip

  • Valid ID for verification

  • Comfortable running gear

  • Hydration (optional – stations will be available)

  • Neon or light-up gear to glow on the course!

Strictly not allowed:

  • Weapons, explosives, fireworks

  • Pets or animals

  • Drones, selfie sticks, large camera rigs

  • Alcohol or illegal substances

  • Glass containers, strollers, or rolling bags

  • Costumes that block vision or extend beyond the body

  • Large coolers, tents, or chairs

Yes. Hydration stations and medical teams will be placed along the course and at the finish line.

Only official pacers provided by the organizers are allowed. Unregistered pacers or companions are not permitted on the course.

The event is rain or shine. However, the race may be delayed, suspended, or canceled by organizers in case of dangerous weather or unforeseen safety risks.
